Dear Sirs,
 As a team responsible for London Stock Exchange business development with Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS, we are pleased to welcome you at the Webpage of the Financial Laboratory (FinLab) – an informational project set up for assisting companies seeking international listing.
For the past several years, Russia and CIS-member countries have been a priority market for the London Stock Exchange. It is most important for us that we have assisted companies in getting access to international capital markets and improving their international corporate identity.
As part of our work, we have established a “London Stock Exchange Financial Laboratory” (FinLab) project, which is aimed at assisting newly established and rapidly growing companies from Russia and CIS in raising capital on AIM market. Within FinLab framework we plan to organise business seminars, round table discussions, presentations and other corporate events aimed at creating pre-IPO dialogue between potential new issuers from Russia/CIS and Global Investment Community. We will be happy to welcome you at our events and look forward to discussing opportunities, which will be opened for you and your business in London - one of the most important world’s financial centres.

Address by CEO of the Advantix Ltd, a coordinator of "FinLab" project
Dear FinLab guests,
 I’m pleased to welcome you on our site which was established by Advantix Ltd as a part of the long-term initiative between our company and the London Stock Exchange.
FinLab Project is primarily aimed at the medium and fast growing companies from CIS member countries which are looking for guidance and “recipes of financial success”. We anticipate that FinLab will become a universal knowledge exchange point for the Russian and CIS companies wishing to raise finance in London as well as for those advisors and investors interested in working with these companies. Events organised under FinLab project will provide first-hand information on many aspects of raising finance on the international capital markets. They will also provide practical guidelines for London listings as well share “recipes of success” from recent AIM and Main market listings. FinLab will also promote direct investor relations by creating the atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding, which is a solid foundation of modern market relations.

 About "FinLab" project
Financial Laboratory (FinLab) of the London Stock Exchange was launched in October 2004. FinLab is a joint project between London Stock Exchange and Advantix Ltd (Business Communications with Russia and CIS) supported by the IPO market leaders both in the UK and CIS. FinLab’s main purpose is to inform and educate Russian and CIS companies planning raising capital and/or list in London. Financial Laboratory does not limit itself to IPO topics only.
